At Group D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your Group D account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
